- Pan seared scallops and black pudding with caramelised apple and pan jus (£2.00 supplement)
- Thai style mussels, bread roll
- Hare terrine with merlot, shallot & baby leeks, sherry dressing
- Tea smoked duck breast served with jerusalum artichoke puree and brioche
- Confit root vegetable salad, walnut dressing
~ Main Course ~
- Chestnut & orange stuffed guinea fowl surpreme, fondant potato, carrot & swede puree, cranberry jus
- Traditional Christmas turkey with all the trimmings, roast potatoes, russels sprouts and carrots, onion gravy
- Roast saddle of “Blackmoor” Venison, beetroot dauphinoise & glazed root vegetables, blackcurrant jus (£3.00 supplement)
- Whole Plaice, grilled and served with pickled shallots and lemon butter sauce
- 10oz Sirloin steak served with garlic mushrooms, grilled cherry tomatoes and chips (£2.00 supplement)
- Beer battered fish and chips served with minted mushy peas and home made tartare sauce
- Sweet potato and sage risotto with wilted curly kale
